I'm tasked with proving vstfs as a viable tool for our organization. My initial task is installation of tfs 180 day trial version. I then installed the MSDN copy of Visual Studio 2005 Team Edition for Software Developers with the understanding that it would add the MS Project and Excel add ins required to integrate with TFS. While the install seems to have run successfully, it appears that the add-ins are not installed. I tried to update the installation and it doesn't appear to have these items as optional components. How can I get these vital components installed?
